The Postman #101

Starting with military personnel and extending to police officers, postal workers, and other uniformed public servants, the shoes worn for work in America are called service shoes. The Postman Oxford #101 was released in 1954 as one such service shoe. Initially marketed as "shoes for policemen, postmen, and station officers," it was later adopted by the USPS (United States Postal Service), becoming known as the "Postman Shoes" , worn by postal carriers across the nation.
