RETURNS

You have the right to return the product if you for any reason are not satisfied or wish to file a complaint. (store credit will be given on sales/discounted items).

All returns must be made within 10 days after receiving the product. Buyer pays and arranges return shipping. The returned item must arrive back to the store within reasonable time. Around 1-3 weeks depending on your location.

Please note: You must contact Red Wing Shoe Store Stockholm before making a return. Custom orders / special orders (shoe repairs) can not be returned.

The product must be unworn and original packaging etc, must also be returned. Do not use the shoe box as a return box - the shoe box must be in it’s original condition.

Please note: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We abide the Swedish / EU's Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding internet shopping.
