COMPLAINTS/RECLAMATIONS

Red Wing Shoe Store Stockholm applies the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköpslagen) in case of complaints. We will do our best to replace a defective or damaged product, or provide partial financial compensation in cases approved to be a factory defect, faulty product, or damaged delivery. Reclamations or complaints must be reported to us immediately either by email or in store before the customer takes any action outside of our knowledge on the situation.
